Warranty - Returns
All BOLT tennis racquets and accompanying ZipStrips are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against product malfunction due to flaws in workmanship or fabrication, or malfunction due to normal use.
The BOLT demo racquet program makes it easy to determine which BOLT you like before you buy one. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you make use of the program to be sure which racquet one you like best before you buy one.
You have 30 days from the ship date of the order to return a new unstrung racquet for a full refund. Once a new BOLT racquet is strung for the first time however, it is non-returnable and covered only by the Racquet Warranty. For racquet and merchandise return procedures, see General section below.
You may return BOLT racquets, apparel, gear, or accessories ordered on the website, for a refund to your credit card or for an exchange if the order was a BOLT error, within 30 days from the ship date of the order.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, be sure to contact us within 30 days from the item’s original ship date, to arrange for return of the item. We will send a replacement, or refund your credit card for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all applicable accessories such as warranty cards, labels, manuals, etc.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund your credit card for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all applicable accessories such as warranty cards, labels, manuals, etc., provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance or non-returnable item.
All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached. Apparel that has been washed or worn, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns (racquets, apparel, gear, and accessories) must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which can be obtained by emailing a request with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within a few days, you'll receive a Return Merchandise mailing label in the mail which can be placed on the carton or envelope for return. If you choose not to use the label provided by us, please follow the instructions provided with your RMA# to package your return. Ship your package back to us at the following address:
